The reminder texts in FeeSend are written to stay polite at every stage – from a friendly note before the due date to a firmer overdue message. Each one is personal because it carries the student's name and exact amount, and it comes from your own WhatsApp number that parents already know.

Attendance and fees in one place
When attendance and fees sit side by side, you can spot students who still attend but haven't paid, and students who quietly stopped coming. Absent alerts to parents take one tap per parent after roll call.
Example: a 150-student coaching centre
Suppose you run five batches with 150 students and fees between ₹1,200 and ₹2,500. On the 3rd of the month, FeeSend shows 112 fees pending. You send the due-soon reminder to all of them through the guided queue in about 15 minutes. By the 8th, 90 have paid by UPI; you mark them paid as screenshots arrive and send each parent a thank-you.
