Coaching fee due today messages for parents
On the due date, send a brief, polite message telling parents the coaching fee is due today. Keep it short – they already got a reminder earlier.

Replace {name}, {amount}, {month}, {dueDate} and {business} with your own details – or let the FeeSend app fill them in for every member automatically.
When to send
Send on the morning of the due date (around 10–11 am) so parents can pay during the day. If you already sent a due-soon reminder, keep this one to two lines.
Tips
- If most parents pay by UPI, keep your centre's QR printed at the reception and mention parents can pay there too.
- On a weekend or holiday due date, send the reminder the working day before instead.
- Thank parents who already paid early by sending the fee received message rather than this one.
Mistakes to avoid
- Sending this to parents who have already paid – check your pending list first.
- Adding a late fee warning on the due date itself; save that for the overdue stage.
Send this to every pending member in one tap
FeeSend fills in each member's name, amount and month and opens your own WhatsApp ready to send. No copy-paste.
Questions
Is it rude to remind parents on the due date?
Not if it is short and polite. Most parents appreciate a reminder because they genuinely forget.
What if the due date falls on Sunday?
Send the message on Saturday, or move the due date to Monday and say so in the message.
