Replace {name}, {amount}, {month}, {dueDate} and {business} with your own details – or let the FeeSend app fill them in for every member automatically.

When to send

The same day you mark the fee as paid – ideally within an hour of receiving the UPI payment or cash.

Tips

  • Confirmations reduce "did you get my payment?" calls and make parents more likely to pay on time next month.
  • For cash payments, the confirmation doubles as a simple receipt. Use our free fee receipt maker if a parent needs a printable one.
  • Mention the month clearly, especially when a parent pays two months together.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Confirming before the money actually shows in your bank or UPI app.
  • Forgetting to mark the month paid in your records after sending the thank-you.

Questions

Should I send a receipt for every coaching fee payment?

A WhatsApp confirmation is enough for most parents. Some need a formal receipt for office reimbursement – you can make one with our receipt tool.
