Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day full trial with 5 intro stars. No card is needed to start.
Where do I subscribe?
Inside the FeeSend app, under Settings › Billing. The website only shows prices; there is no web checkout.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew every month or every year until you cancel auto-renew in Settings › Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. All payments are final and non-refundable.
What are stars?
Stars are message credits for sending through the WhatsApp Business API (coming soon): 1 star per utility message such as a fee reminder, 10 stars per marketing message. Sending from your own WhatsApp with one tap is free and uses no stars.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Choosing a new plan starts a new subscription and the old one stops renewing. Unused days of the old plan are not refunded.
Do you have a plan for many branches?
Yes. If you run several centres or need more than 2,000 members, write to appfeesend@gmail.com and we will set up a custom plan.
