Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of FeeSend.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FeeSend application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send messaging to individuals who have not consented to receive it, or violate WhatsApp/Meta policies.
  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload viruses or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service without permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Fees, subscriptions and stars

  • Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). By subscribing you authorise FeeSend, through Razorpay, to charge the plan price on each renewal date until you cancel auto-renew.
  • You can cancel auto-renew at any time in the app (Settings › Billing › Cancel auto-renew). Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to the free tier.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, including renewals, unused days and unused stars, as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • Messages are paid for with prepaid credits called stars. Each plan period adds its stars to your wallet; extra star packs can be bought separately. Stars stay in your wallet until used. The stars charged per message depend on its WhatsApp category and are shown in the app before you send. Stars spent on a message WhatsApp could not deliver are returned to your wallet automatically.
  • Switching to a different plan starts a new subscription and stops the old one from renewing; no refund is given for the remaining period of the old plan.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active for a short grace period and then returns to the free tier.
  • Daily sending limits apply per plan and across the platform, to keep the shared WhatsApp number healthy.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel auto-renew before the new price applies.

5. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta compliance

The Service enables you to send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (the "WhatsApp Business Cloud API") provided by Meta. By using the Service you also agree to comply with Meta's applicable terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and the Meta Platform Terms.

  • Messages are sent from FeeSend's own WhatsApp Business number on your behalf; you do not need your own WhatsApp Business Account. You must have a lawful basis, including any required consent, to contact each phone number you add, and you may add only people who have a genuine relationship with your business.
  • You must not send unsolicited or spam messages and must respect recipient opt-outs. Recipients can reply STOP to stop messages from your business; FeeSend blocks further messages to them automatically. You must not put payment links, UPI IDs, phone numbers or misleading content into message fields; payment details belong in your UPI QR in the app.
  • You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for your customers' data that you upload.
  • We are not Meta and are not endorsed or sponsored by Meta. You are not billed by Meta: the stars you spend cover the cost of delivering your messages.
  • Recipients can reply REPORT if a message looks suspicious. When several recipients report a business, its sending is paused automatically while we review it. Your plan and stars are kept during a pause.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if your use risks a violation of Meta's policies, harms recipients, or threatens the integrity of the shared WhatsApp number.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers, including Google sign-in, Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Razorpay payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and your ability to request deletion is described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by FeeSend and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without consent.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that messages will always be delivered by third-party networks.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
