When to send
About 10–15 days after the due date, after at least one gentle reminder. Send during the day, not late at night, and only one overdue message per week.
Tips
- Offer a conversation – a family facing a temporary problem will often pay in parts if you ask.
- Give a clear, short deadline (3–5 days) instead of "soon".
- If two months are pending, mention both months and the total so there is no confusion later.

- Threatening to stop classes in the first overdue message.
- Discussing a student's unpaid fees in front of other students.
