Replace {name}, {amount}, {month}, {dueDate} and {business} with your own details – or let the FeeSend app fill them in for every member automatically.
When to send
Three to seven days before the change. Send a one-line reminder the evening before the first class at the new time.
Tips
- Ask members to reply; a quick count tells you whether the new time works for most people.
- If a substitute teacher will take class, say so; members notice and appreciate it.
- Send the notice individually from FeeSend so each member actually sees it.
Mistakes to avoid
- Changing the time with one day's notice.
- Only putting a notice on the studio wall.

Questions
How early should I announce a yoga timing change?
At least three days ahead, and a week for a permanent change.
What if members can't make the new time?
Offer another batch or a short pause. Losing a member over timing is avoidable.
