When to send
On the day the member joins, ideally the evening before their first class so the practical details are fresh.
Tips
- Ask new members about injuries or health conditions in person, not over WhatsApp.
- Mention your late-arrival rule; latecomers disturb a quiet class.
- Add the member to FeeSend with the correct join date so the renewal reminder lands on time.
Mistakes to avoid
- Packing the welcome message with every studio rule.
- Forgetting to give the renewal date.
