When to send
Two days before renewal. For morning batches, send it the evening before so members see it before class; for evening batches, send it around midday.
Tips
- Yoga members join on different dates, so remind each one on their own renewal day rather than the 1st of the month.
- End with an encouraging line about practice instead of a payment warning.
- If you run separate batches, mention the batch so members with two plans aren't confused.
Mistakes to avoid
- Sending reminders during class hours when members have their phones away.
- Using a pushy tone that clashes with the calm feel of your studio.

Questions
How do I remind yoga members to renew?
A short WhatsApp message two days before renewal, with the amount and date, works for most studios.
Can I see whose renewal is due this week?
Yes. FeeSend lists members with fees due soon, so you can remind them one by one from your own WhatsApp.
