Gym membership and fee reminder app
FeeSend tracks every gym member's renewal date, sends motivating WhatsApp renewal reminders in one tap, and shows who is still training without paying – so renewals stop slipping through the cracks.

Renewals leak money in most gyms
Every member joins on a different date, so renewals are spread across the whole month. Without a reminder, members keep training for days or weeks after their plan ends – or quietly stop coming and never renew.
FeeSend keeps each member's monthly fee and due day, and shows whose plan ends soon. A short renewal reminder two days early, from the gym's own WhatsApp, gets most members to renew on time.
What gyms use FeeSend for
A front-desk tool that fits in your pocket.
- ✓ Members with individual renewal dates and fees
- ✓ Renewal reminders: before, on and after expiry
- ✓ UPI QR at the desk – money goes to your own account
- ✓ Attendance to see who has stopped coming
- ✓ Closed-day and timing-change notices
- ✓ Collected vs pending for the month
Win back members who drop off
Attendance shows members who haven't come for a while. A friendly "we miss you" message, followed by a renewal reminder, brings many back. See our gym templates for the wording.
Example: a gym with 250 members
With 250 members on ₹1,000–₹1,500 plans, about 8–10 renewals fall due every day. Each morning, the front desk opens FeeSend, sends the day's renewal reminders in a few minutes, and marks renewals paid as members pay at the desk.
Members who are a week past expiry get one firmer reminder. Nobody trains for free for weeks, and nobody is embarrassed at the entry.
Which plan fits
Up to 500 members: Starter (₹299/month). Up to 2,000: Growth (₹999/month).
