When to send
Gym members renew on their own joining dates, so send each reminder 2–3 days before that member's plan ends. Early evening (5–7 pm), just before the evening workout rush, gets the best response.
Tips
- Mention progress or consistency – members renew for results, not for the gym.
- If you offer a discount for 3- or 6-month renewals, add one line about it.
- Members can renew at the front desk by scanning your UPI QR – say so if most pay that way.
Mistakes to avoid
- Sending renewal reminders to everyone on the 1st when members joined on different dates.
- Sounding like a bill collector – gyms run on motivation.
