Fee reminder and attendance app for small schools
FeeSend gives small and budget schools a simple way to track class-wise monthly fees, send formal WhatsApp fee reminders and absent alerts to parents one-to-one, and share holiday notices – without an expensive ERP.

Built for schools that don't need a full ERP
Large ERPs cost a lot and take months to set up. Many small schools still run fees on paper cards and circulars that never reach home. FeeSend focuses on the daily essentials: who has paid, who hasn't, reminders, attendance and notices.
Because messages go one-to-one from the school's WhatsApp, fee details stay private – unlike class groups where every parent can see everything.
What schools use FeeSend for
The core jobs of a school office, on one phone.
- ✓ Students grouped by class and section
- ✓ Monthly or periodic fees per student
- ✓ Formal fee reminders from the accounts office
- ✓ Same-morning absent alerts to parents
- ✓ Holiday, PTM and exam notices to one class or the whole school
- ✓ Collected vs pending totals
Reaching hundreds of parents
The guided send queue takes the office through a long list – "Send 1 of 200 → Next" – and saves progress, so no parent is skipped or messaged twice even if the work is split across days.
Example: a 400-student school
A week before the last date, the office sends the fee reminder to all parents with pending fees. After the last date, a pending reminder goes only to the parents still listed. Absent alerts go out each morning after attendance.
Holiday notices reach every parent's WhatsApp the evening before, so the school gets fewer calls.
Which plan fits
