Tuition fee due soon reminder messages
Tuition teachers often know parents personally, so a due-soon reminder should feel like a friendly note, not a bill. Send it a couple of days before the fee date.

When to send
Many tuition fees run from the date each student joined, so due dates differ. Send each reminder 2 days before that student's own date – FeeSend's pending list shows whose fee is coming up.
Tips
- A written reminder saves you from asking face to face at the door, which many tuition teachers find awkward.
- If a student joined mid-month, say clearly which period the fee covers (for example, 15 Oct–14 Nov).
- Keep the same polite opening you use when talking to the parent in person.
Mistakes to avoid
- Reminding the child during class and asking them to tell their parents.
- Sending reminders to all parents on the 1st when each student's date is different.
Send this to every pending member in one tap
FeeSend fills in each member's name, amount and month and opens your own WhatsApp ready to send. No copy-paste.
Questions
How do I ask parents for tuition fees politely?
Send a short written reminder a few days before the date, with the amount and month, and thank them. It is less awkward than asking in person.
What if students joined on different dates?
Remind each parent before their own due date. FeeSend tracks a due day for every student.
