When to send
About 15 days after the due date, after one friendly pending message. Send it on a weekday evening, never on a performance or recital day.
Tips
- Music batches are small, so a slot held for a non-paying student is a slot another child can't have. It's fair to say so politely.
- Offer to split the amount into two parts if the parent is going through a hard month.
- Call once if two messages get no reply. Some parents simply don't read WhatsApp.
