When to send
Three to five days after the due date. If the student has a class that week, send it the evening before the class so the parent can pay when they drop the child off.
Tips
- Add 'if already paid, please ignore' so a parent who paid in cash doesn't feel accused.
- Check your UPI history before sending; screenshots often arrive late.
- If the student has missed several classes too, ask whether they want to continue before talking about the fee.
Mistakes to avoid
- Stopping a lesson halfway because the fee is pending.
- Sending the same pending message every day.
Send this to every pending member in one tap
FeeSend fills in each member's name, amount and month and opens your own WhatsApp ready to send. No copy-paste.
Questions
How do I ask for pending music class fees politely?
Assume the parent forgot, keep it short, give the amount and month, and offer an easy way to pay such as the UPI QR at class.
Can I track which parents still owe fees?
Yes. FeeSend shows every student's paid or pending status for the month, so you only message the ones who still owe.
