Coaching fees on a busy ground
Cricket, football, badminton and skating academies run several batches by age group, often with assistant coaches collecting cash at the ground. Fees of ₹1,000–₹5,000 a month get mixed up with kit and tournament charges, and parents rarely come to the ground themselves.
When attendance and fees live in a notebook in the coach's bag, nobody knows who has paid until the end of the month.
What FeeSend does for academies
Built for coaches who are on the ground, not at a desk.
- ✓ Players grouped by sport, batch or age group
- ✓ Monthly fee status for each player at a glance
- ✓ One-tap fee reminders and thank-you messages to parents
- ✓ Attendance by batch, with one-tap absent messages
- ✓ UPI QR for payments at the ground
- ✓ Match, tournament and rain-day notices
Parents stay informed
A same-day absent message tells parents their child didn't reach practice, an important safety check for players who travel alone. Fee reminders go to parents, not players, so money conversations stay off the field.
Example: a cricket academy with 150 players
The academy runs five batches. Coaches mark attendance on the phone at the start of each session and send absent messages in a minute. At the start of the month, the owner sends due-soon reminders; by the 8th, the pending list shows 20 players, and each parent gets a polite message before the next practice.
Which plan fits
Most academies fit the Starter plan (₹299/month, up to 500 members).
