Fee and attendance app for playschools and daycares
FeeSend helps playschools and daycares track monthly fees, mark attendance, and send warm fee reminders, absence checks and holiday notices to parents on WhatsApp from the school's own number.

Parents of little ones expect care
Playschool and daycare fees are ₹2,000–₹8,000 a month, paid by busy working parents who are juggling a lot. They expect friendly, personal communication, not stiff circulars. At the same time, a small team can't spend hours on fee calls and absence follow-ups.
Holiday closures matter even more here: working parents need notice to arrange childcare.

Templates are written for parents of young children: gentle, friendly and short. You can edit them to add your school's personality.
Example: a playschool with 60 children
Teachers mark attendance by 9:30 and send absent messages to parents of children who didn't arrive. On the 28th, the office sends fee reminders to all parents. A week before Diwali, every parent gets the closure dates and whether daycare is open.
Which plan fits
Most playschools fit the Starter plan (₹299/month, up to 500 members).
